Below are a selection of links to printable signature sheets. Each comes in two forms: a plain text file (.txt) that can be printed out stright from your web browser, and the other as a Rich Text File (.rtf) which can be downloaded and opened with most word processors, e.g. WordPad (that comes Windows).

Single signature sheets have space for your signature, along with other details should you wish to volunteer them. The only details we ask must be filled in are your name, address and signature; the rest is at your own discretion.

5-Space and 20-Space signature sheets ask for a signatory's name, e-mail/postal address, signature and have an option to check for further information on GAP.

Addresses to send completed sheets to can be found on the GAP GLOBAL page. Please note that the rich text file versions are created on US Letter-sized paper; you may need to change the page size in your word processor for, e.g. A4, etc.
